This article explains the how to use TeamworkIQ reports. Reports are periodically delivered to you via email on a schedule of your choosing.

What's Different About TeamworkIQ's Reports?

TeamworkIQ's reports are provided as short, friendly and actionable email messages, delivered on a schedule that you control.

Your time is precious. You don't have time to wade through verbose, vaguely-purposed reports in search of important indicators. 

Instead you want to quickly see "What progress have other people made?" and "What needs my attention?". 

That's why TeamworkIQ's reports are different. At a glance you can see progress made and things which need your attention. And--for any item in a report, when you want full details, you're only a click away.

Due Dates Report

This report provides answers the questions:

  • "Which tasks assigned to me are due soon?"
  • "Which tasks assigned to me are past due?"

Each report covers the period since the last scheduled report.

The Due Date report provides visibility into tasks that are... 

  • Past Due
  • Due today
  • Due tomorrow
  • Due in the next 7 days

If a task does not have a due date, it does not appear in this report. Tasks with due dates more than 7 days away do not appear in this report.

All account Members are eligible to receive this report.

Progress Update

The Progress Update report provides an at-a-glance answer to the questions:

  • "For the processes I own, what work has been done?"
  • "For the processes I own, what needs my attention?"

Each report covers the period since the last scheduled report.

The Progress Update report provides visibility into...

  • Processes with flagged issues (e.g. past due tasks, unknown task assignees, etc...)
  • Processes that have been completed
  • Processes which have progressed 

Only account members who are Managers may receive this report.

Update your Report Settings to set if and when reports are sent

Each report covers the period since the last scheduled report. Therefore, you can gets reports every day and see what changed in the last 24 hours. Or you can get them on select days, once a week, or never. You choose.

Everyone who is eligible to get reports can set their own report delivery schedule:

  1. Open the Main Menu.
  2. Click on your email address.
  3. Click on Report settings.
  4. Click on the title of the report.
  5. Set time and days when you want the report to be sent to you.
  6. Save your changes.
  7. Click the Timezone link to make sure your timezone is correctly set.
