Summary

TeamworkIQ only permits the upload of certain file types. The list for your account is available via the REST API:

  /api/v3/info/{account_no}/info

If a file type is not included in the list, then you cannot upload files of that type.

If you would like TeamworkIQ to add more file types, or you believe that you have received this message in error, please contact our support team.

Please note that some file types will never be supported, on security grounds.
