For example:

  •  When a new process is started, use the data captured to start the process to send a message to anyone via Slack, Teams, Gmail, Outlook, Email, SMS, text or other means of communication. If Zapier connected to an aerial skywriter you could send a message there too.

  • When a new task is ready or completed, send a message to the right person at the right time, or get the current data from the process put it into an action for another app. For example, when the "Order Title Insurance" step in a Mortgage Refinance process is ready, automatically send the request via email to a 3rd party title company, then update the stage of the deal in your CRM.

  • When a process is completed or a task becomes ready in one TeamworkIQ process, start a new TeamworkIQ process using the data from the prior process. That way you can chain together several processes. It a great way to create processes for HR where some parts of the process are for some people, and other parts of the process are for other people.

  • If a task becomes past due or gets skipped, you can detect that too and take action.

  • If a process gets stopped early before it's completed, take automated action to let people know and start a related process if needed.
