What went wrong?

This error occurs when more than one person attempts to edit a process at the same time.

TeamworkIQ only allows one person to make changes to a process at the same time. If two people attempt to edit a process at the same time, each could destroy the others changes. To prevent that from happening, TeamworkIQ allows one person to initiate an editing session and conclude that editing session by saving their work and exiting the editor view for that process.

If two people are using the editor for that process at the same time, the person who started their editing session later, will see the error message and explanation.

How to resolve the issue?

For Process Templates

  1. Contact all the other Template Owners and ask them to exit the editor for that Template. It's helpful to include the link to the Template in your message to the other Owners.

For Draft or In Progress Processes

  1. Contact all the other Process Owners and ask them to exit the editor for that Process. It's helpful to include the link to the Template in your message to the other Owners.
